THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA MUST BE MET BY HIRERS

- Be aged 25 or over for Vans & 9 Seaters

- Be aged 21 or over with a minimum of 1 (one) years experience

- Have a full UK Licence for the vehicle you wish to hire

- Have no more than 6 (six) points on your Licence

COLLECTING YOUR VEHICLE

- You will need to have all relevant documentation including drivers licence and two further forms of identification (Bank statement/Bill).

- Hiring fee in cash, cheque or credit/debit card.

- You will need to sign a vehicle damage check sheet agreeing to the condition of the car before leaving the premisis.

- Your vehicle will be clean and MUST be returned in the same condition.

INSURANCE ISSUES:

- WILL YOU BE COVERED

Upon hiring ANY vehicle from HIRE & DRIVE, you will be insured with fully comprehensive insurance.

- INSURANCE EXCESS

Standard policy excess for drivers over the age of 25 is £250 (For drivers aged 21-25 it is a standard policy of £450 and also we can't insure them to drive our 9-seater or Vans)

- DAMAGE

Your vehicle will be inspected upon its return. If any damage has been sustained, you will be responsible for the insurance excess, but if the damage is less than the excess, then you are liable for the amount of damage as opposed to the full excess.
